Hope everyone is doing great! I've finished my bachelor degree, and have been working for the past two months for a company named Capgemini. So I haven't really had tooooo much time to check out dA lately(1,023 messages waiting) ;D
I've taken some photographs lately, so maybe I got lucky and got a shot that's worth uploading! I'll check it out when I get the time! And I really would like to buy a Macro-lens soon! If anyone knows of any good Macro-lenses, please tell me about it!!
Anyways, I've been thinking about a Project lately, and found out that I'm going to carry out with it too!
You can follow the project, and participate if you want, at [link] .
The idea for the project is to get healthier(or not) and at the same time give away some money too a good cause.
So, the more people who will participate in the project, the more good causes we can cover.
What you give, to whom you give and how much you give, is up to each and every one. The idea is not just cutting the consume of chocolate, but helping someone who needs it.
I was thinking, if I can afford buying chocolate, I can afford giving away some of the expenses to a good cause.
I will soon get the page up and going, so that people can be added and get their "budget"-list so they can post items(chocolates) on the page. The idea is to make some statistics out of it, to see how much people actually use, and want to give to a good cause.
The "flow" is quite simple. You keep a budget, and at the end of the project, you take the "pot" and give it to someone you feel needs/deserves/benefits of your gift.
The project starts in 6 days(but people can join whenever they want to, before and after the start-date). It finishes at Christmas(24.12.2010).
So, how does this sound? Am I Crazy?
You can follow the updates and/or contact me on Twitter too: [link]
Regards,
Daniel
PS: It doesn't have to be chocolates, the important part is the giving part
